Kids Academy Curriculum
Our Philosophy
- Kids Academy with its national educational philosophy has a holistic integrated approach based on an immersed Arabic curriculum inspired by MOE standards and California Infant/Toddler/Preschool Learning and development Foundations and curriculum framework that focus on the child’s areas of development.
- The curriculum goals intend to provide adequate exposure to Arabic language and UAE culture.
- The child’s learning experiences are enhanced with play , exploration, engagement, open ended activities, rich literacy environment and positive interactions.
Integration and interdisciplinary across the educational courses
- The six areas of learning are integrated and connected by one learning unit; the learning units are scaffolded according to the group age level and planned to promote exploration, cooperation, creativity, and innovation.
- The interdisciplinary approach includes rich co-curricular activities, events, trips, community links, and the “Mummy and Me” program and “Family and Me “program.

“My Family & Me” / “Mummy & Me“
Parents’ involvement in their child’s development is reinforced through “Mommy and Me Program” and “Family and Me program”; the programs aim at engaging the mother and families in applying our learning Units.
Program activities include:
- Joining their children at the Academy in doing activities and play sessions at the end of some learning units.
- Inviting the families to read stories to children in the center.
- Inviting mothers to attend parenting sessions related to learning Units such as healthy food unit or safety in water.
- Coffee and breakfasts mornings on specific Thursdays.
- Accompanying children on the educational trips.
- Volunteering in preparing and holding any event or national celebration such as Sports Day, Eid Al Adha and National Day, Mother’s Day, Graduation Day etc.
